QUICK COSPLAY TIP

If you’re having trouble finding a buckle with a prong, you can always make one!

All you need is a prongless buckle, some armature wire, a pair of wire cutters (I use jewelry pliers with a wire cutter built in), and paint (I’m a fan of leafing pens).

Just cut some wire, thread it in place, adjust, and trim accordingly. Paint accordingly, and voilà! Instant buckle.

You can also use it to add a second prong to a buckle, like I did on my Trish costume. It definitely saved me the trouble of finding a double-pronged buckle!
